We know how daunting it can be to approach a running club. All of our club members have plucked up the courage to do so.

In order to put your mind at ease and meet some of our members we will, from time to time, be holding some lighter training sessions as an introduction.
​
These will be suitable for any adult, regardless of age, ability, experience or gender (we have a fairly even mix of both men and women).
​
These sessions are suitable for both complete beginners and experienced runners and there is absolutely no obligation to join the club.
If we haven't got a taster session advertised and you would like to come along, please feel free to do so. If you need an easier session, contact us and we can advise you when might be the most suited session to you.
